1. Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. After this time, we cannot accept any returns. Please see the FAQ for details on how to return items. We regret that for bespoke orders, we are not able to accept returns.
2. Ordering
When you order a product, we will email you an order confirmation, so please make sure the email address you provide us with is correct and in working order. You will be charged once the order has been despatched, at which point the purchase contract between you and us begins. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
3. Product details may have changed since you last visited this online store. You must ensure that before you place an order, you have checked all relevant details about the product you wish to purchase. All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.
