What is Pre-order?
Elenany is only available to buy by pre-order, or, made to order. This means you have to wait a little bit longer to receive your products while they’re specially made up at our London manufacturer. Once you place your order, it will take up to 15 working days to receive your goods. For orders placed outside the UK, please note there is the added time of shipping your order, which normally takes about a week.
I live outside the UK and would like to buy something
At this time we can only accept Paypal for non-UK debit & credit cards. We do ship internationally, but please note, we cannot send items as gifts and you may have to pay extra import duties for your products if you live outisde the EU. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to improve this service in the future -please bear with us.

Deliveries made to UK addresses are sent by the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service and costs £4.50. Please allow up to 6 working days to receive your order once you have placed it. We will let you know when we despatch it.
International
We will use the Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets service. Please see details below for details on your specific location

Under Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You need to email customerservices@elenany.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us of your cancellation. Please return the items to us using the methods below. After this time, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or cancellations. How can I return any unsuitable items? 1) Return the items to us by post. Please note that if you send items back, you are responsible for getting them to us safely. We recommend you use a service where a signature must be obtained on delivery. 2) Return items by drop-off. After cancelling your order by email, please let us know when you will be dropping it off. Please bring the items to: Demonstrate Design Ltd In both instances, please ensure you include your receipt with you as proof of purchase.
Refunds We will aim to refund payments as quickly as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days. I can’t add an item I like to my basket Unfortunately, this item is now out of stock, unless stated otherwise within the given product page.
Can I buy Elenany products in shops? Elenany is currently only available online.
How Can I cancel an order?
Unsuitable items can be returned to us by post or by drop-off if you live locally in London. Once you have emailed us at the above address informing us of your cancellation, you can do one of the following,
